One repair or a whole punch list—start with a few details. Each request is reviewed for scope, location, and suitability before a quote or appointment is confirmed. Any required permits or approvals must be addressed before work begins.
Blinds, pictures & shelves
Install blinds and vertical window treatments; hang pictures, mirrors, flower pots, curtain rods, and shelves.
Cabinets, locks & hardware
Residential cabinet installation and adjustments, handles, and door-lock changes. Cabinet installation excludes condos and commercial spaces; no door or window installation.
Interior repairs & finishes
Minor painting, drywall repairs, decorative molding, insulation, and residential floor coverings outside condos. Small repairs and finishing projects welcome.
Everyday home maintenance
Light-bulb changes, accessible home air-filter replacements, caulking, and small punch-list repairs. Filter changes do not include ductwork or system disassembly.
Gutter cleaning & pressure washing
Gutter cleaning and pressure washing for small home-maintenance projects. Send photos of the area and its height or access so we can assess the job.
Yard care & landscaping
Lawn maintenance, minor tree service, decorative stone, and small residential landscaping and fencing projects. No irrigation installation or repair.
Hauling & cleanup
Trash and construction-debris hauling. Include photos, approximate quantity, and access details so the load and disposal needs can be reviewed.
Mailboxes & small concrete projects
Mailbox installation or repair and minor, nonstructural flat concrete work such as small sidewalks. Project scope and any applicable approvals are reviewed before acceptance.

Do you assemble IKEA furniture or Lovesac Sactionals?
Yes. Include the product link or model, the number of items, and whether the boxes are already in the room. We’ll review the assembly details before confirming the work. This is an independent assembly service, not an affiliation with IKEA or Lovesac.
Is my job too small?
Small jobs are the focus. Send a single repair or combine several items into one punch list.
Can I get a price from photos?
Photos help clarify the work. Some projects may need more information or an on-site assessment before a quote can be confirmed.
What if my project needs a specialist?
We review the scope before accepting a job. Work outside the business’s scope, including work requiring a specialist or trade license, will need the appropriate provider.
How are my details and photos used?
Requests submitted through this form, including your contact details and photos, are stored in our Jobber account and used to review your request, contact you about the project, and manage any agreed work. Project photos are not displayed on this website. To ask about your information or request deletion, email owner@thehandyveterannextdoor.com.
